Simon Andrew resigns from the UBL Board

Universal Biosecurity Limited advises that Simon Andrew has resigned from the UBL Board, effective 16 February 2026.

Mr Andrew brought 20 years of experience in financial markets in Asia and Australia to UBL. He served as a Non-Executive Director and later as Chairman.

The Board thanks Mr Andrew for his contribution to UBL and wishes him well.
